Security camera installation

For your home or shop in Metro Detroit, set up so you can check on things from your phone.

What I install

I’ll walk the property with you, work out what you actually want to see, and bid on that.

I come to you across Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties.

I’ll look at the site and give you a real bid.

What to think about first

What do you want to see? The driveway, the front door, the backyard, or the whole way around?
Fixed or moving cameras? Fixed cameras cost less and watch one view all the time. Motorized ones cost a little more and let you swivel them to look around.
Who needs to watch? Just you, or family or staff as well? I’ll set it up so the right people can check from their phones.

You don’t need the answers before you call. We can work them out when I’m standing there.

Another installer left it unfinished?

That’s fine. I’ll look at what’s already there, tell you what’s usable and what isn’t, and give you a price to finish it. You won’t need to start over unless there’s a good reason, and I’ll tell you what the reason is.

Questions people ask

How many cameras do I need?

It depends on the property and what you want to see. Covering the front, sides and back of a house is a common request, but plenty of people only need a view of the door and driveway. I’ll tell you what’s worth covering.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many cameras, what kind, and how hard they are to wire. I’ll look at the site and give you a real bid before any work starts.

Can I see them when I’m away?

That’s the idea. I’ll set them up on your phone and show you how to use them before I leave.
