- I tell you the price.Before I touch anything, you’ll know what it costs. You can say no thanks, no hard feelings.
- I fix it and show you.At your house, at my bench, or over the internet. I’ll explain what went wrong in plain English.

Your call, your choice
I won’t call you out of the blue about a virus on your computer. If someone does, it isn’t me, so hang up.
No pop-ups from me
I will never put a message on your screen telling you to call a number. Real help doesn’t work that way.
No gift cards, ever
I won’t ask you to pay with gift cards or cryptocurrency, or to wire money. If you pay from your bank, it’s through a secure invoice with my business name on it.
