Why people call me
Most people don’t call because they love technology. They call because something stopped working and it’s making their day worse. I fix it, and then I tell you what happened in words that make sense.
A lot of my work starts small, with a laptop screen or a scary pop-up. It can also get big, like the software and automation a business runs on. Either way, you won’t get passed to anyone else.
Nobody should feel silly for asking. As I tell my customers: I’m tech savvy, so you don’t have to be.

How to know it’s really me
Your call, your choice
I won’t call you out of the blue about a virus on your computer. If someone does, it isn’t me, so hang up.
No pop-ups from me
I will never put a message on your screen telling you to call a number. Real help doesn’t work that way.
No gift cards, ever
I won’t ask you to pay with gift cards or cryptocurrency, or to wire money. If you pay from your bank, it’s through a secure invoice with my business name on it.
